तब्लीगी जमात पर 2020 में यूट्यूब और वेब पोर्टलों पर हुई रिपोर्टिंग के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई की। CJI एनवी रमण ने कहा कि वे कुछ भी चलाते हैं और सरकार कुछ नहीं कर पाती। इनपर लगाम जरूरी है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोशल मीडिया पर चलने वाली फर्जी खबरों पर चिंता जताई है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमण (CJI NV Raman) ने कहा कि कुछ वेब पोर्टल व यूट्यूब चैनल वाले देश की छवि खराब कर रहे हैं। देश में कोरोना वायरस (Coronavirus In India) की पहली लहर के दौरान जिस तरह से तब्लीगी जमात (Tablighi Jamaat) पर रिपोर्टिंग हुई, इससे देश की छवि खराब हुई। इसे संप्रदायिकता का रंग दिया गया। उन्होंने सरकार से पूछा कि क्या ऐसे पोर्टल व यूट्यूब वालों के पर शिकंजा के लिए सरकार ने कोई नियम बनाए हैं या नहीं? मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमण, सूर्यकांत और एएस बोपन्ना की पीठ फर्जी खबरों के प्रसारण पर रोक के लिए याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही थी। जमीयर उलेमा-ए-हिंद सहित कई लोगों ने याचिका दायर की है। जमीयत ने तब्लीगी जमात से जुड़ी फर्जी खबरों पर रोक और इसे फैलाने वाले दोषियों पर कार्रवाई की मांग का निर्देश केंद्र सरकार को देने का आग्रह कोर्ट से किया है।
बेव पोर्टल के लिए बनाए गए नियमों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ही चुनौती
मुख्य न्यायाधीश की पीठ को केंद्र की ओर से जवाब देते हुए सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि सरकार ने वेब पोर्टल वालों के लिए नियम बनाए हैं। इससे नाराज लोगों ने इसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ही चुनौती दी है। मामला अब भी कोर्ट में लंबित चल रहा है। मेहता ने कहा कि दो हफ्तों का समय दें ताकि एक दस्तावेज पेश किया जा सके। इस पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश नाराज दिखे। कहा कि पहले ही इस मामले में चार बार स्थगन आदेश दिया जा चुका है। तब भी दस्तावेज पेश करने के लिए ही यह आदेश लिए गए थे। इसपर मेहता ने कहा कि अब भी एक मामले में कोर्ट के समक्ष दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने की जरूरत है। न्यायालय ने जमीयत को अपनी याचिका में संशोधन की अनुमति दी है। उसे मेहता के जरिए चार हफ्तों में केंद्र को देने को कहा है। उसे बाद दो हफ्तों में जवाब मिलेगा।
ट्विटर व फेसबुक को भी मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने लिया आड़े हाथ
मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि मुझे नहीं पता कि ट्विटर व फेसबुक आम लोगों को कहां जवाब देते हैं। देते भी हैं या नहीं। उनकी कोई जवाबदेही नहीं है। आम लोगों की उन्हें परवाह ही नहीं है। केवल शक्तिशाली लोगों पर उनकी नजर होती। उनकी ही सुनते हैं। जजों की भी नहीं सुनते। इन्हें केवल वीआईपी की फिक्र होती। आम लोगों की भी चिंता करनी होगी।
हर चीज में दिखाया जाता है सांप्रदायिक पहलू। यह बिल्कुल गलत
मुख्य न्यायाधीश की पीठ ने कहा कि हमारे देश की समस्या यह है कि हर चीज में सांप्रदायिक पहलू निकाल लिया जाता है। उसे ही ये वेब पोर्टल व यूट्यूब चैनल चलाने वाले दिखाते हैं। उनकी फर्जी खबरों व छींकाकशी पर कोई नियंत्रण ही नहीं है। अगर यूट्यूब देखेंगे तो पाएंगे कि फर्जी खबरों को परोसना कितना आसान है। कोई भी यूट्यूब चैनल खोल सकता है। एक मिनट में बहुत कुछ दिखा सकते हैं।

Challenge in Supreme Court on the rules made for web portal
Replying to the bench of the Chief Justice on behalf of the Center, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the government has made rules for the web portal users. Angered by this, people have challenged it in the Supreme Court itself. The matter is still pending in the court. Mehta said give two weeks time so that a document can be presented. The Chief Justice was annoyed at this. Said that already in this case, stay order has been given four times. Even then these orders were taken only to present the documents. To this, Mehta said that even now there is a need to present documents before the court in a case. The court has allowed the Jamiat to amend its petition. It has been asked through Mehta to give it to the Center in four weeks. He will get a reply in two weeks.
The Chief Justice also took a dig at Twitter and Facebook
The Chief Justice said that I do not know where Twitter and Facebook give answers to the common people. give or not. They have no accountability. They don't care about common people. He only had eyes on the powerful. He only listens to them. Don't even listen to the judges. They only care about VIPs. Common people also have to worry.
