Re Evaluation in The Education System :- why our education system focusing too much on this sheet of paper? This year of 1,50,152 students got marks more than 90 per cent. Among these, 70,004 students got more than 95 per cent marks. The number of 90 per cent scores is same as last year but the number of students in 95-100 per cent bracket is almost double. Delhi university college principals said "high marks percentile of students lead to high cutoff".
Delhi University Friday released record high cut off for undergraduate courses as seven colleges asked for 100% marks to admit students to a total of 10 programs. Last year only one college Lady Shri Ram( LSR), had released 100% cutoffs for three courses.
Each year Increasing number of students scoring good marks but seats in good education departments remain same and it create a very tough competition among students. In IIT and medical colleges for 2,000 seats several lakh of students sit.
India as one of the world's highest suicide rate for youth aged 15 to 29 according to a 2012 Lancet Report. Every hour one student commits suicide in India due to study burden. This shows something terribly wrong with an education system.
Problems in our Education System: -
Good Institution of Higher Learning are so few in our country.
Too much attention giving on memorizing the things rather than understanding and development.
School's focusing on name and frame that's why- they encourage children's for marks only.
In our society this thinking developing if a student got 90% he/she have bright future, but what about a mediocre student? That time we forget, history is a proof of that thing most brilliant Minds of the world failed many time in School like- Isaac Newton, Thomas Edison had failed at school. Later one of the most influential scientist of all time. Parents need to understand that focus on child ability and hard work not on their marks.
A small child in age of playing, learning and discovering come back from school with a heavy bag, lots of home works that give rise to psychosomatic illness.
Our education system is such that who giving failure during 1 class entrance - before starting of her future.
The Education system needs re-evaluation.
Education must be based on understanding the things by deeply that increase the capability of thinking during growing age.
Need new institution to be open where all children's get education without too much pressure.
Parents need to understand that the ability of child can't be judged by a sheet of paper.
God makes every individual having a different capability and talent. We can't know this capability on the basis of marks.
Education is like a 'market' in which to many products are available we like or buying things according to our need. Same concept with education - during learning time child meet with different subjects, topic, examples, persons, discussion etc. from where they find their own interest in one thing but our education system not support it. They demand student know everything without care of her choices that's why child do not grow to their full potential in subject of his interest.
we need to understand that higher education must be given according to student own interest.
" knowledge without character is an evil"-Gandhi ji. we need Gandhi thought implementation in our education system, textbooks are sufficient for knowledge is correct but during schooling when child mind taking shape, need to give them some extra supplement out of book - for making a 'good human' about human mankind, behaviors, morals studies etc.
Government continuously focus on the literacy rate. what is the benefit of 100% literacy rate? when continuously crime increasing in our society.
our education system based on degrees, we need to change it. Good person having a good capability is better than the person who getting too much degrees without capabilities.
Now the question is - what is education? and what are its goals?
Education means know about the new thing, increasing the capability of thinking. The main goal is - empowering nation ,employing everyone and new innovation that is also possible without perfect 100% marks. then why our youth going towards percentage rather than knowledge. we need to re evaluate educational system

शिक्षा प्रणाली में पुनर्मूल्यांकन

क्यों हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली कागज की इस शीट पर बहुत अधिक ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है? इस साल 1,50,152 छात्रों को 90 फीसदी से ज्यादा अंक मिले हैं. इनमें से 70,004 छात्रों ने 95 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए। 90 प्रतिशत अंकों की संख्या पिछले वर्ष की तरह ही है लेकिन 95-100 प्रतिशत वर्ग में छात्रों की संख्या लगभग दोगुनी है। दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के कॉलेज के प्राचार्यों ने कहा कि "छात्रों के उच्च अंक प्रतिशत उच्च कटऑफ कटऑफ का कारण हैं"।
दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय ने शुक्रवार को स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए रिकॉर्ड हाई कट ऑफ जारी किया क्योंकि सात कॉलेजों ने कुल 10 कार्यक्रमों में छात्रों को प्रवेश देने के लिए 100% अंक मांगे। पिछले साल केवल एक कॉलेज लेडी श्री राम (एलएसआर) ने तीन पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए 100% कटऑफ जारी किया था।
प्रत्येक वर्ष अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों की संख्या में वृद्धि हो रही है, लेकिन अच्छे शिक्षा विभागों में सीटें समान रहती हैं और यह छात्रों में बहुत कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा पैदा करता है। IIT और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में 2,000 सीटों के लिए हर साल कई लाख छात्र परीक्षा देते हैं।
2012 की लैंसेट रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 15 से 29 वर्ष की आयु के युवाओं के लिए भारत दुनिया की सबसे ज्यादा आत्महत्या दर है। अध्ययन के बोझ के कारण भारत में हर घंटे एक छात्र आत्महत्या करता है। यह एक शिक्षा प्रणाली के साथ बहुत कुछ गलत दिखाता है।
हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली में समस्याएं: -
हमारे देश में उच्च शिक्षा के अच्छे संस्थान बहुत कम हैं।
समझ और विकास के बजाय चीजों को याद करने पर बहुत अधिक ध्यान देना।
स्कूल का नाम और फ्रेम पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना इसीलिए- वे बच्चों को केवल अंकों के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते हैं।
हमारे समाज में यह सोच विकसित हो रही है कि अगर किसी छात्र को 90% अंक मिले, तो उसका भविष्य उज्ज्वल है, लेकिन एक औसत दर्जे के छात्र का क्या? हम भूल जाते हैं , इतिहास इस बात का प्रमाण है कि दुनिया के सबसे शानदार दिमाग स्कूल में कई बार असफल हुए जैसे- आइजैक न्यूटन, थॉमस एडिसन स्कूल में फेल हो गए थे। बाद में वह आज तक के सबसे प्रभावशाली वैज्ञानिक बने। माता-पिता को यह समझने की आवश्यकता है कि बच्चे की योग्यता और कड़ी मेहनत पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें न कि उनके अंकों पर।
खेलने, सीखने और खोजने की उम्र में एक छोटा बच्चा एक भारी बैग के साथ स्कूल से वापस आता है, घर के बहुत सारे काम जो मनोदैहिक बीमारी को जन्म देते हैं।
हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली ऐसी है जो 1 वर्ग के प्रवेश के दौरान ही बच्चे को असफलता दिखा देती है - उसके भविष्य की शुरुआत से पहले।
शिक्षा प्रणाली को पुनर्मूल्यांकन की आवश्यकता है।
शिक्षा को उन बातों को गहराई से समझने पर आधारित होना चाहिए जो बढ़ती उम्र के दौरान सोचने की क्षमता को बढ़ाती हैं।
नए संस्थान खोलने की जरूरत है जहां सभी बच्चों को बिना ज्यादा दबाव के शिक्षा मिले।
माता-पिता को यह समझने की आवश्यकता है कि बच्चे की क्षमता को कागज की एक शीट से नहीं आंका जा सकता है।
भगवान हर व्यक्ति को एक अलग क्षमता और प्रतिभा बनाता है। हम इस क्षमता को अंकों के आधार पर नहीं जान सकते।
शिक्षा एक बाजार ’की तरह है जिसमें कई उत्पाद उपलब्ध हैं जिन्हें हम अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार पसंद करते हैं या खरीदते हैं। शिक्षा के साथ समान अवधारणा - सीखने के समय के दौरान बच्चे विभिन्न विषयों, विषय, उदाहरणों, व्यक्तियों, चर्चा आदि से मिलते हैं, जहां वे अपनी पसंद और नापसंद को समझते हैं, लेकिन हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली इसका समर्थन नहीं करती है। वे छात्र से उसकी पसंद की परवाह किए बिना सब कुछ जानने की मांग करते हैं, इसलिए बच्चे अपनी रुचि के विषय में अपनी पूरी क्षमता तक नहीं बढ़ पाते हैं।
हमें यह समझने की आवश्यकता है कि उच्च शिक्षा छात्र की रुचि के अनुसार दी जानी चाहिए।
"बिना चरित्र के ज्ञान एक बुराई है" -गांधी जी। हमें अपनी शिक्षा प्रणाली में गांधी विचार के कार्यान्वयन की आवश्यकता है, पाठ्यपुस्तकें ज्ञान के लिए पर्याप्त हैं, सही है लेकिन स्कूली शिक्षा के दौरान जब बच्चे का बुद्धि आकार ले रही होती है, उस समय उन्हें पुस्तक से बाहर कुछ अतिरिक्त ज्ञान देने की आवश्यकता होती है जो हमारे शिक्षा प्रणाली में नहीं है जैसे, - मानव जाति, मानव व्यवहार, के बारे में 'अच्छा मानव' बनाने के लिए नैतिक अध्ययन आदि।
सरकार लगातार साक्षरता दर पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है। 100% साक्षरता दर का क्या लाभ है? जब हमारे समाज में लगातार अपराध बढ़ रहे हैं।
हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली डिग्री पर आधारित है, हमें इसे बदलने की आवश्यकता है। अच्छी क्षमता रखने वाला व्यक्ति उस व्यक्ति की तुलना में बेहतर है, जो बिना क्षमताओं के बहुत अधिक डिग्री प्राप्त कर रहा है।
प्रशन है कि - शिक्षा क्या है? और इसके लक्ष्य क्या हैं?
शिक्षा का अर्थ है नई चीज के बारे में जानना, सोचने की क्षमता को बढ़ाना। मुख्य लक्ष्य है - राष्ट्र को सशक्त बनाना, सभी को रोजगार देना और नया नवाचार जो कि पूर्ण 100% अंकों के बिना भी संभव है।फिर हमारे युवाओं को ज्ञान के बजाय प्रतिशत की ओर क्यों जाना पड़ रहा है। हमें शैक्षिक प्रणाली का मूल्यांकन करने की आवश्यकता है
