गांधी जी के अनुसार - "मनुष्यता ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म है"।
जिस तरह डॉक्टर या इंजीनियर के बच्चे जन्म लेते ही डॉक्टर या इंजीनियर नहीं बनते। बच्चो को पहले शिक्षा लेनी पड़ती है, पूर्ण ज्ञान प्राप्त करना पड़ता है। तब जाकर वह कुछ बनते है। जरूरी नहीं कि वह भी मां बाप जैसा बने , बच्चे अपनी पसंद से कैरियर चुनते हैं और कुछ नया करते हैं।
फिर क्यों ? बच्चों को जन्म होने पर उसे उसके मां-बाप के धर्म का बनाया जाता है ? धर्म में भी ऐसा होना चाहिए कि बच्चे को पहले सभी धर्मों का ज्ञान दिया जाए बड़े होकर वह अपने धर्म का चुनाव करें।
अगर सरकार मानती है कि 18 साल से छोटा बच्चा नाबालिग होता है 'नासमझ' होता है तो हम उसे कैसे किसी धर्म का बच्चा कह सकते हैं। जब उसे धर्म की समझ ही नहीं।
क्या उसे 18 साल से पहले धर्म की समझ होगी जब वह नाबालिग है ?
आज हमारे समाज में धर्म ऐसा मुद्दा है जिसे हम सदियों बाद भी नहीं सुलझा पाए हैं। दंगे आए दिन होते रहते हैं कभी 'लव जिहाद'के नाम पर तो कभी 'एनआरसी' और 'सीएए ' को लेकर पर सब में मुद्दा एक ही रहता है 'धर्म'।
क्या है 'धर्म' ?
गांधी जी के अनुसार - "मनुष्यता ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म है"।
भगवान बुद्ध के अनुसार - "धम्म जीवन की पवित्रता बनाए रखना और तथ्य-ज्ञान में पूर्णता प्राप्त करना है,साथ ही निर्वाण प्राप्त करना और तृष्णा का त्याग करना है। इसके अलावा भगवान बुद्ध ने सभी संस्कार को अनित्य बताया है। भगवान बुद्ध ने मानव के कर्म को नैतिक संस्थान का आधार बताया है।"
हिंदू धर्म के अनुसार - "यतो अभ्युदयनिश्रेयस सिद्धिः स धर्म। " (जिस काम के करने से अभ्युदय और निश्रेयस की सिद्धि हो वह धर्म है। )
जैन धर्म के अनुसार - "अपनी आत्मा का कल्याण करके, अपनी आत्मा को संसार से निकालकर, मोक्ष ले जाना ही जैन धर्म का मार्ग है"।
इस्लाम के अनुसार - "इस्लाम धर्म का जन्म मानवता के जन्म के साथ ही हुआ है, ईश्वर ने मनुष्य की उत्पत्ति के साथ ही अपना मार्गदर्शन उसे इस्लाम धर्म के रूप में प्रदान किया"।
सिख धर्म के अनुसार - "सिख दर्शन के मुख्य सिद्धांत हैं त्याग, ईश्वर में आस्था, मानव के प्रति प्रेम और गुरुओं के प्रति आज्ञाकारिता। इस प्रकार यह कहा जा सकता है कि सिख धर्म नैतिक जीवन और ईश्वर में विश्वास के सिद्धांतों को बहुत महत्व देता है"।
ईसाई धर्म के अनुसार - "त्रित्व त्रित्व ईसाई धर्म का केंद्रीय तथा गूढ़तम धर्मसिद्धांत ईश्वर के आभ्यंतर स्वरूप से संबंधित है जिसे ट्रिनिटी अर्थात् त्रित्व कहते हैं"। त्रित्व का अर्थ है कि एक ही ईश्वर में तीन व्यक्ति हैं -- पिता, पुत्र तथा पवित्र आत्मा (फादर, सन ऐंड होली गोस्ट)। ... उस पवित्र आत्मा को भी वह ईश्वरीय गुणों से समन्वित मानते हैं।
श्रीमद्भागवत गीता के अनुसार 'कर्म ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म है'।
मैंने आप सभी को बहुत से धर्मो की परिभाषा इसलिए बताई क्योंकि आपने शायद ही सारे धर्मों को पढ़ा होगा।
मुझे भी इन अनेक धर्मों को जानने के लिए काफी मेहनत करनी पड़ी क्योंकि हमें कभी भी सभी धर्मों का ज्ञान नहीं दिया गया।
हां पर मैं हूं 'हिंदू'। कहने को तो आप मुझे अंधभक्त भी कह सकते हो क्योंकि जब तक मुझे जिस धर्म की जानकारी नहीं होगी तब तक मैं वह कैसे बन सकती हूं।
मैं इसलिए हिंदू हूं क्योंकि मेरे मां-बाप हिंदू है। मुझे कभी दूसरे धर्मों को जानने का मौका ही नहीं मिला।
कहने को तो हमारे भारतीय संविधान में अनुच्छेद 25 ,26 ,27 और 28 में देश के हर नागरिक को 'धर्म की स्वतंत्रता' का अधिकार दिया गया है।
पर हम लोग जानते ही कितने धर्मों को हैं ?
अगर दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में छठी कक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम में 'बाल राम कथा' पुस्तक को पढ़ाया जा सकता है तो दूसरे धर्म की पुस्तकों को क्यों नहीं ?
अभी कुछ दिनों पहले में बच्चों को वही पुस्तक पढ़ा रही थी तभी एक मुस्लिम लड़की ने बोला "दीदी मुझे यह नहीं पढ़ना है हम कुरान पढ़ते हैं हम मुस्लिम हैं"।
तब मुझे लगा कि इन बच्चों को किसने धर्म सिखाया ? इन्हें अभी से किसने इनको धर्म का लाइसेंस दिया ? उस उम्र में जब इन्हें दुनिया को समझने की जरूरत है।
इसी मसले पर मैंने एक अध्यापक से कुछ प्रश्न किए उन्होंने उत्तर दिया कि "बाल राम कथा पुस्तक इसलिए है ताकि बच्चे अच्छी बातें सीख सकें"| पर क्या दूसरे धर्म में अच्छी बातें नहीं है? अगर बच्चे को अच्छी बातें सिखाने थी तो वह सभी धर्मों से कुछ हिस्सा ले सकते थे। जैसे

अगर सभी धर्मों से मिलकर एक ऐसी पुस्तक होती तो वह समाज में ज्यादा अच्छा संदेश देती | फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि अच्छा मनुष्य किस धर्म और जाति का है | हमें जरूरत है कि सभी धर्मों के अच्छे लोगों की बातें बच्चों को बताई जाए ताकि वह समाज में एक अच्छा मनुष्य बन सके जिसका सबसे बड़ा धर्म मनुष्यता हो |
अगर कोई व्यक्ति किसी धर्म में रुचि नहीं रखता तो इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि वह संस्कारी और अच्छा मनुष्य नहीं है |
शातिर धर्मगुरुओं ने संस्कार अच्छाई और धर्म को इस तरह जोड़ दिया है कि कोई भी मनुष्य धर्म से दूर जा ही ना पाए। इन प्रश्नों को समाज में कोई उठाता ही नहीं | इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है निरक्षरता , लोगों को जैसी चीजें बताई जाती हैं वह गीली मिट्टी की तरह उसी रूप में ढल जाते हैं और फिर यह समाज छोटे बच्चों को भी वही सब सीखाता है | यह पूरा धर्म गुरुओं द्वारा बनाया गया जाल है| बच्चा समझदार होने तक बेड़ियों में बंध जाता है | धर्म से दूर होने की तो वह सोच भी नहीं पाता | उसमें इतना जहर पहले ही भर दिया जाता है कि अगर कोई उसके धर्म के विरुद्ध बोले तो सांप्रदायिक दंगे होते हैं | जिनमें ज्यादातर आजकल युवा होते हैं |
यहीं से शुरू होता है 'अंधे भक्तों' का खेल। जिसे कोई समझाना नहीं चाहता क्योंकि जो बहुमत है लोग वही बहुमत चाहते हैं। आखिर भारत है, यहां वोट भी तो धर्म के नाम पर डालना होता है। अंधी राजनीति के लिए अंधे भक्तों को बढ़ाया जाता है, जो प्रशन ही ना करें।
इस बुरी राजनीति के चलते अनजाने में युवाओं अपने भविष्य को बर्बाद करते हैं। हमें इस बुरी राजनीति को खत्म करने की आवश्यकता है और यह तभी संभव होगा जब अंधे भक्त नहीं होंगे। आज भी बहुत से ऐसे युवा संगठन है, जिन्हे आप बहुत अच्छे से जानते होंगे मुझे बताने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। जो धर्म गुरु बनते हैं, धर्म के नाम पर लड़ वाते हैं, बिना धर्म को जाने और समझे।
हमें आवश्यकता है कि बच्चों को बचपन में सभी धर्मों का ज्ञान दें और 18 साल की उम्र के बाद ही वह अपना धर्म चूने। उससे पहले वह सभी धर्मों को समझे
जब वह सभी धर्मों को पढ़कर धर्म चुनेगा तो अंधा भक्त नहीं बनेगा और ना ही धर्म को लेकर गलतफहमी उत्पन्न होंगी।
18 साल से नीचे बच्चे को किसी भी धर्म का ना बोला जाए ताकि उसके अंदर कोई ज़हर ना घोले। जिस तरह चुनाव होते हैं इसी तरह धर्म का चुनाव हो, सभी लोग सारे धर्मों को समझ कर एक धर्म को पसंद करें या एक से ज्यादा को यह उसकी मर्जी होगी और बाद में उन्हीं धर्मों में और ज्यादा ज्ञान प्राप्त कर सके।जैसा शिक्षा प्रणाली में होता है बच्चा पहले अपने पसंदीदा विषय चुनता है और उसमें कुछ बनता है।
सबसे अच्छी बात तो इससे यह होगी कि धर्मगुरु धर्मगुरु शातिर नहीं समाज सुधारक होंगे | आज हमारे समाज में है कि कुछ नहीं है तो बिना ज्ञान के बाबा बन जाओ। आश्रम जैसी सीरीज आज के समय में लोगों के सामने इन चीजों को ला रही हैं।
धर्म के मामलों में युवाओं की भागीदारी तेजी से बढ़ रही है। कारण है 'बेरोजगारी'। जिस उम्र में उन्हें पढ़ने और नौकरी की जरूरत होती है, ना मिलने पर वह भी धर्म को बचाने के नाम पर फालतू के सांप्रदायिक दंगे करते हैं और किसी संगठन का हिस्सा बन जाते हैं।
युवा शक्ति का गलत उपयोग करके धर्मगुरु अपने धंधों को और मजबूत बना रहे हैं । भारत में दंगे और उसके कारणों को लेकर बहुत कम जानकारी उपलब्ध है जिसका कारण है|
सही आंकड़े ना मिल पाना
सांप्रदायिक दंगों के केस का लंबा चलना
काफी रिपोर्ट से पता चलता है कि दंगे होते नहीं कराए जाते हैं इसमें मीडिया और ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म का बहुत बड़ी भूमिका निभाते हैं | अफवाहो की भरमार और नफरत भरी बातें स्थानीय तौर पर सांप्रदायिक दंगों को जन्म देती हैं| जो कुछ देर में सोशल मीडिया के जरिए तुरंत ही पूरे देश में फैल जाती हैं | क्योंकि भारत में प्रौद्योगिकी तो लगभग सभी के पास आ चुकी है पर अभी तक लोग बहुत ज्यादा सजग नहीं हुए हैं | वह गलत बातों को भी सही मान बैठते हैं | आँख मूंद कर अफवाहों पर यकीन कर लेते है | सांप्रदायिक दंगों को रोकने के लिए मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया पर कंट्रोल बहुत जरूरी है |
मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि आज कितने दलित पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग और महिलाएं मंदिरों में पंडित है ? नहीं है तो क्यों नहीं है?
यहां भी तो हमें वंशवाद प्रथा को खत्म करने की आवश्यकता है। धर्मगुरु अनपढ़ नहीं पढ़ा लिखा हो ,इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि उसे सारे विज्ञान और गणित के सूत्र याद हो , इसका अर्थ है कि उसे अपने धर्म के अलावा भी सभी धर्मों का ज्ञान हो | उसे हम धर्मगुरु बनाए भलहि वह किसी भी जाति धर्म या लिंग का हो।
जब ऐसा होगा तो समाज में अपने आप सुधार आएगा। दलितों को उठने का मौका मिलेगा, पिछड़ों को आगे आने का और महिलाओं को बराबरी का तभी देश में तरक्की होगी।
' शातिर धर्मगुरु' ही समाज में परेशानियों की जड़ है हमें इन्हें खत्म करने की आवश्यकता है वरना कुछ लोग धर्म के नाम पर देश को खोखला कर देंगे और लोगों को धर्म के नाम पर लड़वाते रहेंगे।
मेरे हिसाब से 'धर्म' व्यक्तिगत चीज है | तुम्हारा धर्म वही है जिसे तुम ने स्वयं बनाया हो | जिसे तुम्हारी आत्मा ने स्वीकार किया हो |
भारत विश्व में सबसे युवा शक्ति देश है मतलब सबसे ज्यादा ताकतवर बस जरूरत है उनकी ताकत का प्रयोग देश को सशक्त बनाने मैं करें ना कि धर्म के मुद्दों पर युवाओ को लड़ाने में।
धर्म को लेकर भविष्य में शंकाएं नहीं आशाएं हों कि 'भारत एक मिले-जुले धर्म वाले लोगों का देश है' यही चीज भारत को सबसे अलग और खूबसूरत बनाती हैं और इससे से ही बनता है 'अनेकता में एकता' का नारा।

Here too we need to abolish dynastic practice. Religious leaders should always be educated, it does not mean that he has to remember all the science and mathematics formulas, it means that anyone who has knowledge of all religions, become a religious teacher regardless of their caste, religion or gender.
When this happens, the society will improve itself. Dalit’s will get a chance to rise, the backward to come forward and women will be equal Only then will the development of the country be possible.
'Uneducated religious teacher' is the root cause of problems in the society. We need to end them or else some people will make the country hollow in the name of religion and keep fighting people in the name of religion.
According to me, 'religion' is a personal thing. Your religion is what you yourself have created. Which your soul has accepted.
