एक ऐसी बहू चाहिए
"हमें अपने इकलौते लड़के के लिए एक ऐसी बहू चाहिए
जो दुनिया की सबसे अच्छी बहू हो और उसे यह बात
कि वह दुनिया की सबसे अच्छी बहू है पता ना हो
जिसे बोलना भले ही आता हो पर हो वह गूंगी
' न ' इस शब्द को वह पहचानती ही ना हो
और ' हां ' उसकी जुबान पर दरवाजे के बाहर
हाथ बांधे खड़े नौकर की तरह रहता हो खड़ा
..... जिसे रोना बिल्कुल ना आता हो
चीखना तो वह जानती ही ना हो
और उसकी पीठ ऐसी हो कि उसपर उभरते ही ना हो नीले निशान
उसके गालों पर छपती ही ना हो उंगलियां
और वह रोते समय बिलखती नहीं हंसती हो.... "
यह कविता का वैवाहिक विज्ञापन है | पर्दे के पीछे से सच्ची आवश्यकताओं को खींचता / सामने लाता हुआ | बहू क्या, कठपुतली की तरह जीने की कला जानने वाली हाड - मास की युवती चाहिए | वह ऐसी नहीं निकली तो उसे छोड़ दिया मार दिया जाएगा | फिर एक ऐसा ही विज्ञापन दिया जाएगा | यह सब तब तक चलता रहेगा, जब तक दुनिया की सबसे अच्छी बहू मिल नहीं जाती | अंततः ऐसी बहुत बहू मिल जाएंगी | कारण यह है कि लड़कियों को ऐसी बहू बनने के मकसद से ही पाला पोसा जाता है |

This poetry is matrimonial advertisement. Pulling / unfolding true needs from behind the curtain. Daughter-in-law, a young girl who wants to know the art of living like a puppet. If she does not turn out like this, she will be abandoned and killed. Then a similar advertisement will be given. All this will continue till the best daughter-in-law of the world is found. Eventually, many will be found. The reason is that girls are brought up for the purpose of becoming such daughters-in-law.
