दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के महाराजा अग्रसेन कॉलेज में 10 सितंबर को 27वां वार्षिकोत्सव मनाया गया। यह आयोजन पिछले वर्षों की अपेक्षा कई मायनों में अलग और अनूठा था। कोरोना महामारी के दौरान इसका आयोजन ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों रूप में किया गया था।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. पीसी जोशी उपस्थित थे साथ ही वाइस प्रेसिडेंट ऑफ ऑल इंडिया कंफीग्रेशन ऑफ द ब्लाइंड प्रो. अनिल अनेजा भी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में गवर्निंग बॉडी के कोषाध्यक्ष श्री सौरव मिश्रा जी भी मौजूद रहे। डीन ऑफ कॉलेजेज प्रो. बलराम पानी कार्यक्रम में गेस्ट ऑफ ऑनर के रूप में वर्चुअल मौजूद थे। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कॉलेज के गवर्निंग बॉडी के अध्यक्ष श्री राहुल थम्पी जी ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से की और साथ ही अन्य महत्वपूर्ण लोग भी मौजूद रहे।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. पीसी जोशी ने स्मार्ट क्लास का उद्घाटन कर किया गया। उन्होंने छात्रों को शुभकामनाएं दी। कहा कि यह एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है कि कॉलेज ने एनआईआरएफ रैंकिंग 2021 में अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया। इस वर्ष एनसीसी की गतिविधियों की शरुआत पर बधाई दी। कुलपति ने कहा कि ऑनलाइन क्लास कभी वर्चुअल क्लास के बराबर तो नहीं हो सकती, लेकिन काफी हद तक यह कारगर है। कुलपति ने 15 सितंबर से कालेज खुलने पर भी टिप्पणी की। इस दौरान मौजूद प्रो. बलराम पानी, प्रो. अनिल अनेजा और राहुल थम्पी ने कॉलेज प्रबंधन की सहारना करते हुए विद्यार्थियों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।
इसके पहले अतिथियों का स्वागत करते हुए अपने स्वागत भाषण में कॉलेज की उपलब्धियों का ब्योरा देते हुए प्राचार्य प्रो. संजीव कुमार तिवारी ने कहा कि कोरोना के कारण यह साल मुश्किलों से भरा था। इसके बावजूद हमने कई उपलब्धियां हासिल की। स्मार्ट क्लास की शुरुआत हुई। यह विद्यार्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण साबित होग। ऑनलाइन क्लास से विद्यार्थियों को सोचने, विश्लेषण करने और प्रदर्शन करने में मदद मिलेगी। साथ ही यह निश्चित रूप से शिक्षा के मानकों को बढ़ाएगा। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करविद्यार्थी विषयों को गहराई और आसानी से समझ सकेंगे। उनकी तर्क शक्ति बढ़ेगी। यह देश के विकास के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण साबित होंगी। इस दौरान प्राचार्य ने कॉलेज की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। मौके पर मौजूद अतिथियों ने कॉलेज की पत्रिका 'अग्रनिका' का विमोचन किया। समारोह में मेधावी छात्रों को वार्षिक पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया इसके तहत 2019 से 20 में सराहनीय प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थी- विदुषी गुप्ता (2020) एवं सुचिता गुज्जर (2021) को विद्योत्मा पुरस्कार प्रदान किया गया। सर्वश्रेष्ठ समायोजक का पुरस्कार एंजेला फातिमा मिर्जा (2020) एवं नमिता अजायन (2021) को दिया गया, जबकि सर्वश्रेष्ठ विद्यार्थी का पुरस्कार विदुषी गुप्ता (2020) आरुषि कपूर (2021) को दिया गया।
अंत में राष्ट्रगान के साथ कार्यक्रम का समापन हुआ।

Maharaja Agrasen College's 27th Annual Day
The 27th anniversary celebration was celebrated on 10 September at Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi. This event was different and unique in many ways as compared to the previous years. It was organized both online and offline during the Corona epidemic.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. PC Joshi was present along with Vice President of All India Confederation of the Blind Prof. Anil Aneja was also present. Governing Body's treasurer Mr. Saurav Mishra was also present in the program. Dean of Colleges Prof. Balram Pani was virtual in the program as guest of honor. The program was presided over by the President of the Governing Body of the college, Shri Rahul Thampi ji through online mode and other important people were also present.
The program was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, Prof. PC Joshi inaugurated the smart class. He greeted the students. Said that it is a great achievement that the college performed well in NIRF Ranking 2021. Congratulations on the start of NCC activities this year. The Vice Chancellor said that the online class can never be equal to the virtual class, but it is effective to a large extent. The Vice Chancellor also commented on the opening of the college from September 15. During this, Prof. Balram Pani, Prof. Anil Aneja and Rahul Thampi, while supporting the college management, wished the students a bright future.
while welcoming the guests, in his welcome address, Principal Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari said that this year was full of difficulties due to Corona. Despite this, we have made many achievements. Smart class started. This will prove to be important for the students. Online classes will help students to think, analyze and perform. Also it will definitely raise the standards of education. By using technology in the field of education, students will be able to understand the subjects deeply and easily. Their reasoning power will increase. It will prove to be very important for the development of the country. During this the Principal presented the annual report of the college. The guests present on the occasion released the magazine 'Agranika' of the college. Meritorious students were honored with annual awards in the ceremony, under which Vidushi Gupta (2020) and Suchita Gujjar (2021) were given Vidyotma Award for their meritorious performance from 2019 to 20. The Best Adjuster Award went to Angela Fatima Mirza (2020) and Namita Ajayan (2021), while the Best Student Award went to Vidushi Gupta (2020) and Aarushi Kapoor (2021).
Finally the program ended with the national anthem.
